Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get a new set of dentures made and fitted?
The process typically requires 4 visits. Impressions are taken on the first visit and then a mould is made. During the second visit, we check to ensure that the bite of the wax mould is correct and make any needed adjustments. The third visit is for the fitting of the new dentures after they are made from the mould. The final visit is used to make any minor adjustments that are needed after the patient wears the dentures for a couple of weeks to test their fit and function.

Does it hurt to get dentures?
"After having had Maya make both top & bottom dentures for me I can highly recommend her services. She is professional in every way, friendly & understanding, fully explains the processes & puts you at ease. My teeth look great, fit very comfortably & I hardly know they're in. If fact my friends that weren't aware I have dentures remark how real & like my original teeth they look, after I inform them. I did take in a picture with my natural teeth/smile which Maya managed to match perfectly. Again I can't recommend Maya's services highly enough. AAA+++"
